Partner Referral and Commission Policy

This policy governs commercial relationships, lead facilitation, referral incentives, and payout workflows for registered Subidha Furniture Partners.

**Facilitator Status**: Partners act strictly as lead generators, community liaisons, and customer onboarding facilitators.
**No Agency or Employment**: Registration as a partner does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, or legal agency relationship with Subidha Furniture.
**Prohibition of Promises**: Partners have **no legal authority** to:

**Controlled Calculation**: Commission calculations are automated, internal backend workflows based on approved partnership agreements.
**Triggering Events**: Commission accrues only upon successful customer enrollment, contract activation, and verified clearance of qualifying installment payments.
**Strict Prohibition of Self-Approval**: Partners **cannot self-approve, trigger, or self-post commission payouts**. All payout proposals require verification by finance staff and administrative approval.

**Reversal Mechanism**: Any commission previously credited or accrued for that transaction is automatically clawed back and debited from the partner's accrued commission ledger.

**Consolidated Payout Batches**: Approved commissions are disbursed in scheduled monthly payout batches via direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
**Tax Deductions**: Payouts are subject to applicable statutory deductions, including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act.
**Partner Portal Visibility**: Partners have 24/7 access to the partner dashboard displaying introduced leads, active contract statuses, commission accruals, clawbacks, and historical payment advices.
